WHO WE ARE
At Mbacon Political Consulting, we focus on community education for communities of Color regarding the political process in this country. We not only organize around issues affecting these communities but also connect them to essential resources that empower individuals with what they need. I assist organizations, political campaigns, and leaders in transforming policy priorities into real impact. With my experience advising a Member of Congress on healthcare, technology, and economic issues, I understand how to bridge the gap between legislative insight and strategic action. My work has included representing congressional leadership in public and media forums, crafting impactful speeches and messaging on key policy issues, and coordinating events that elevate community voices — including initiatives for the Congressional Black Caucus. Today, I leverage over 20 years of experience in political organizing and strategic analysis to guide clients through the political landscape with clarity and purpose. I help them build coalitions, shape narratives, and advance the issues that matter most. Additionally, we offer support in areas such as strategic analysis and campaign planning, message development and communications, data interpretation and stakeholder management, as well as crisis management and adaptability.
